Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current Platform Status
AyoWork is currently in an experimental beta phase. While we are building our infrastructure and experimenting with our paid SaaS features, our goal is to ensure a completely fair and risk-free experience for our early users and beta testers.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You have the absolute right to cancel your AyoWork account and any associated subscriptions at any time. Cancellations can be processed directly within your Account Settings dashboard. Once canceled, you will not be billed for any subsequent billing cycles.
3. Refund Policy
Because we are still in our experimental and building stage, we offer a highly flexible refund policy:
- Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your service, you are entitled to a prorated refund for any unused time remaining in your current billing cycle.
- Beta Testing Issues: If you experience a bug, data synchronization issue, or service interruption due to our beta infrastructure, we will issue a full refund for the current billing period upon request.
- Accidental Charges: If you are charged accidentally while we test our billing integration, we will refund the charge immediately, no questions asked.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to our team directly via our Contact Page or by emailing info@ayowork.app. Please include the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us immediately. We work closely with our payment providers to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
