Important Beta Disclaimer: AyoWork is currently in an experimental beta stage. The platform, features, and integrations are actively being built and tested.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AyoWork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Experimental Beta Stage

You acknowledge that you are using a beta version of the Service. The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are currently testing our infrastructure, including our data synchronization and AI agent orchestrations. As such, the Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption, or loss of data.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, particularly regarding your financial connections.

4. Third-Party Integrations

AyoWork integrates with third-party services for payment processing and financial data connectivity. Your use of these integrations is additionally governed by the respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these standard third-party services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AyoWork, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. As we transition from our experimental phase into a standard operational platform, these terms will evolve. We will notify you of any material changes.
